Philip Dudley

Philip was raised in Upperville, VA and is the founder and Managing Partner of Dudley Capital Management, LLC based in Middleburg, VA. Previously, he held positions with Morgan Stanley & Co and Deutsche Bank Alex Brown. He is a graduate of The Hill School in Middleburg, VA, Episcopal High School in Alexandria, VA, Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX and Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA. He serves on the investment committee for the PATH Foundation and NPCF and is now currently the NPCF investment committee Chair. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Directors of The Hill School in Middleburg, VA. Philip resides in Upperville, VA with his wife and children.
